MÉDAILLE MIRACULEUSE BRACELET
Beautiful and unique bracelet honoring Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.
A powerful reminder of the graces that our Blessed Mother sheds upon those who ask for them. The Miraculous Medal is a “testimony to faith and the power of trusting prayer. It’s greatest miracles are those of patience, forgiveness, repentance and faith.”
On 27 November 1830, Our Lady appeared to Sister Catherine in the chapel, in the form of a picture and as it were standing on a globe with shafts of light streaming from Our Lady's hands. Catherine described the event:
"I saw the Blessed Virgin standing on a globe, Her face was beautiful beyond words. Rays of dazzling light were streaming from gems on Her fingers, down to the globe. And I heard a voice say: 'Behold the symbol of graces which I will shower down on all who ask Me for them!' Then, an oval frame surrounded Our Lady on which I read the prayer, in letters of gold: 'O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee!' The oval frame turned and I could see, on the reverse side, enclosed in a frame of twelve stars, the letter M surmounted by a cross with a bar beneath. Below these symbols were the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, one surrounded by a crown of thorns, the other pierced by a sword. I heard a voice, which said to me: 'Have a medal struck according to this model. Those who wear it, when it is blessed, will receive great graces, especially if they wear it around their necks. There will be graces in abundance for all who wear it with confidence."
The meaning of the Miraculous Medal.
On the front of the Miraculous Medal is Mary standing on a globe, which represents the earth. Mary crushes the head of a serpent which is Satan's world of darkness and disgrace. Mary's is a world of light and grace. Her world is victorious, won by Christ - the light of the world. The rays from her hands symbolize the graces Mary gives to those who ask her. Mary gave the design of the Miraculous Medal to St. Catherine Labouré in 1830.
On the back of the medal the Letter M is for Mary and Mother. The twelve stars represent the Apostles. The two hearts are those of Jesus and Mary. The two hearts remind us of God's love for us.

Immaculate Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus and my mother, I come to you with confidence in your powerful intercession, manifested through your Miraculous Medal. As your loving, trustful child I ask this favor... Obtain for me as well, a pure heart, that my entire life may give glory to God. Amen.
